INTRODUCTION

HI..I am SHASHI RANJAN ,27 years married guy.I born in a small poor family of Bhumihar(cast)in year 1979 in a small province of where till now there is no raod and elctricity is there.My father Mr.Shailendra Singh in year 1981 shifted from gaya to bokaro steel city and currently he is doing job of a contractor in bokaro steel plant.My mom runi is housewife .All together i belong to a small family in which except my parent i am having only one brother & his good name is Roshan Ranjan(currently he is doing M.B.A in ranchi.

Year 2005 was a turning year for me in this year i got marriage and my wife's name is SEEMA.And in same year i passed PGDMM,From IMT Gaziabad,now year 2006 is about to say good bye and i by God grace a new family member came in our family yes that is my son(LUCKKY) He is only three month old.

Professionaly i do a job of MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE in M/s Glaxo Smithkline Pharmaceuticals ltd based at MUZAFFARPUR dist.In this profession i started my career in feb-2003 with M/s Alekm Bergen its a division of ALKEM Lab.Now i am having almost four years of pharma selling.No need to say that i am performer.Because in both company my performance is rewarded by different things like appriciation letter or incentives,I feel proud to say that in year 2005 for my best performance glaxo gave me SUPER STAR award  which include four days tour to BANGKOK.

I might not want a large amount of text on my home page if I want to guide visitors toward my other pages. Instead of text, I can add others' buttons to this first page, and I'll be rewarded for people who click on the buttons. For example, if a visitor signs up for a Visa using the NextCard button on my site, I earn at least $20!

Even if I don't put much text on my home page, it's a good idea to include hidden tools that will help me promote my site, so people other than my friends and family actually see it. For example, I could add meta tags, which are hidden codes that allow search engines to find my site. I could also install stats and a counter so I know how many people are visiting. If not many are visiting, submitting my site to search engines will guide more traffic to my site.
